Getting Hired at Covenant Living
The application process is fairly simple, you will need to fill out some basic information about yourself and contact information. You will also need to provide your work history manually or you can upload a resume.
Don’t forget the last step in our process which is to create your candidate home account. This is where you can check back on the status of your application. Login to check the status here.
Our recruiting team will review your application to determine if your experience and skills align with the role that you applied for. Our goal is to respond to you within 1 to 2 business days.
If you qualify for the position you apply to, you will be contacted by one of our recruiters to conduct a screening with questions about your work history and what you are looking for in your next role.
If you do not qualify for the position you apply to, you will be notified of non-qualification via email.
You can always check on the status of your application throughout our recruitment process.
After the screening, if you are selected to move forward based on your qualifications relative to other candidates, you will be scheduled for an on-site interview at one of our communities to meet with the hiring manager and additional team members. Be prepared to answer more questions about your experience and get an inside look at what it is like working at the community!

If the position is offered to you, the hiring manager will notify you directly. You will be sent a offer letter via email but you can also log in to your candidate account to retrieve and sign your offer letter. Login here.
All offers are contingent on the completion of our pre-employment processes, which will include a drug screen and criminal history check.
After your background check is completed and cleared, you will start at Covenant Living and meet your new team! You can expect to receive training and go through new employee orientation as we bring you onboard. We are thrilled to have you join Covenant Living!
