Employee RecognitionOur Inspired to Serve recognition program is designed specifically for recognition. Managers, peers and residents can recognize the good work employees are doing and have it displayed on our recognition website. Through this recognition program, we also have a rewards point system which can be used to purchase items, gift cards, etc.
Employee Engagement SurveyCovenant Living values the employee voice by offering an annual engagement survey for feedback on their experience. This survey is used to help make change within the organization to enhance the employee experience.
Employee EventsWe like to so appreciation to our staff in a variety of ways including hosted events at our local communities and corporate office. Fun is had in a variety of ways across the country through parties, food, games, crafts and more.
